December 17th, 2007, William received his black belt from Coach John Holm.  Coach's standard for promotion to black belt is to beat all the other black belts, and William has been doing that for several years.  Before receiving his black belt, William took a Taser hit from Deputy Don Scherck of the King County Sheriff, something William has been wanting to do for over a year!
